It's a nice complex and location, but the people that work here seem like they could not care less about the residents. I have had so many issues while living here, and I know others have as well based on conversations in our resident group message. In a recent survey about people's overall satisfaction with Vie, 21 residents voted that they were either dissatisfied or highly dissatisfied with the complex. Everyday there's another problem with living here, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My over all experience with Vie has been a swell one. Also the common area's are really nice for hanging our with friends, I would definitely recommend the pool area when it's not too cold outside.

submitted by Skylar J. - |Recommended: YesNew Management Definitely Was the Way to Go — Vie is the only apartment I've lived in so far, and I'm definitely pretty in favor of it. Everyone here, down to my neighbors and the staff is incredibly kind. We've been through some stressful times up to this point, and it's definitely easy to deal with and mitigate all that. However, Vie Lofts management has done right by us, the tenants, in my opinion. Paying for our lodging and gas during the evacuation, and then waiving rent and gifting us grocery gift cards was the cherry on top. The food truck explosions weren't the apartments fault at all, and staff was all very attentive making sure that we were okay and that parents knew we were as well. All in all, I'm in favor of the new management in comparison to the horror stories I heard about the old management.
I don't drive, but I feel like there's lots of parking availability for the folks that do.
The noise level isn't too distracting. Sometimes I can hear my roommates on the floor above, but that's to be expected in a loft.
The grounds are kept up nicely. I live on the fifth floor and would like a little more hall lighting and perhaps some murals like the other floors had, but that's just a personal preference.
The construction quality is a tad lackluster, but that really couldn't be helped on your end. The current staff and crew is doing all they can to work with what they've got, and I applaud them for that.
The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I haven't personally utilized their help yet, but I pass them every day and they're so kind.
The property staff is just as pleasant. I love chit-chatting with them as I wait for a package or check my mail, and I can't wait for the renovations to be finished so I'm downstairs even more They're professional, helpful, and always have a smile on their face.
Overall, I'm happy with my Vie experienced. I'm obviously biased since this is my first time living in an apartment, but I'll definitely hold all my apartment experiences hereafter to my time at Vie Lofts.

Evacuation was an unnecessarily stressful experience and hotel arrangements were poorly made. I still am waiting on a refund for all my Food and travel reimbursements . Layout for 2 bed 2 baths with 4 people is NOT the same as seen online or even close to it. Elevator is broken probably once a week at least. Pool is very poorly maintained and was completely green for well over a month.

submitted by Cristina R. - |Recommended: NoManagement needs improvements — In all honesty, I do not like the new management. I think it needs major improvements. I do not think that they genuinely care about the residents and that they take advantage of us because we are just college students and they can. Since the new management, there are many things that I have not been very happy about. There is lack of organization and communication. Also it is never really clean anymore and I do not appreciate coming home to an unclean apartment building. The stairwells are NEVER clean. They smell disgusting and are extremely dirty all the time. With the old management they made sure to clean the building consistently, I cannot say this is the case now. The one cleaning lady I do see, I rarely see her actually cleaning. I just see her by her cart or in the game room playing games on her phone. I think that is just very embarrassing and makes the company look bad, especially when you have people touring the building constantly. I could go on, but I doubt anyone would actually read this or care enough to do anything to change. Thank you for the consideration anyway.

Upgrades to the room have been great floors and ceiling fans . I walk to School and feel very secure in the building the way it is set up its security entrance.
