We certainly appreciate your feedback.
The most common cause for the elevator to be out of services its due to resident and pet debris getting lodged in the tracks.
We have communicated this with our current residents and we have seen a significant decrease in elevator issues.

I love it here and would recommend my friends to live here as well It is a great distance from campus, has a great view depdning on your apt , as well as has everything you need Ex. coffee shop, gym, study rooms, pool, many common areas, food truck park, and more . However, the price RIGHT NOW is PERFECT Depending on how high you guys raise the prices will determine on if i continue to recommend. Overall, it is amazing, and makes me feel incredibly happy and safe

Location is great, close to campus, the river, food, parks, and not too far from the square. The interior walls are a bit thin but neighbor to neighbor the noise isnt too bad. If you hate stairs there is only one elevator but its usually fast if you need to use it Great staff btw. Overall really really nice place, great staff super great locations and great prices
